1. Check the link - Limit errors
Link sources that are accepted by the GoStream system including:
- Available video links from facebook, youtube, google drive
- Links uploaded on GoStream system
The requirement for available links when livestreaming on GoStream is in public mode
The fastest way to identify public video is the video mode that shows the globe icon.
However, to make sure the link is completely public, try opening the video on an incognito tab (by pressing a combination of 3 keys: CTRL, SHIFT, N). Visit the video link you want to re-broadcast, if the video is viewed normally without logging in, you can use that link to livestream.
Similar to youtube, google drive links, you in turn check with incognito tab.
2. Cross-posting – Broadcast livestream at the same time in many destinations
More cost-effective than buying function for multiple destination at the same time.
For the cross-posting feature, when you choose the target destination to post the livestream as one of the fanpages that have been cross-posted, the GoStream system will automatically display a list of the remaining fanpages to choose to stream at the same time. The system will only calculate 1 live for each time you install such live.
In the picture, the fanpage of ABC club, Just For Fun, Mother & Baby, Discover Every Day has been cross-linked. When choosing ABC Club, the system will display a list of other pages for you to choose to live multiple fanpages at the same time.
To use this feature, you must upgrade to a custom plan with crossposting function (as many destinations as you need).
