With this feature, customers watching Livestream can order by paying via QR Pay — no money transfer fee, pay and send order information to the shop quickly and securely.
This feature only applies to Fanpage, and videos must be Livestream videos.
II. User manual
1. Configuring Keywords and Answers on Gostream
Step 1: Create a Livestream on Fanpage where you need to use the auto-reply comment feature
Step 2: Visit the website https://gostream.co/ and log in to the account you have registered
Then select Marketing Tools -> Auto reply to comment
Here you will configure the auto-reply comment feature. When customers comment with keywords, Page will automatically reply by send message to customers with QR codes of products that you have installed.
Step 3: Configure keywords and reply content
The first is to select the Facebook Account to manage the Fanpage with the Livestream video created in Step 1, you can change different Facebook by clicking on the Account box.
Then in the box Destination, select the Fanpage that is Live streaming and paste the Link of livestream created in Step 1 into the box as shown below:
Next, you will install KEYWORDS for customers to comment and REPLY CONTENTS — is the QR code payment to send to customers.
Click the Add button.
For example, if you choose a product to sell with code: loan01, this product has a price of 99,000 VND, then the configuration will correspond to the following photo.
Note: The formula to generate QR code will be “[qrcode:money=amount to pay]”
How much money that the customer needs to pay, you can enter the number after the "=" sign
Multiple keywords with different values can be added by adding the setting configurations one by one. Each keyword will correspond to a QR code
After filling in the keywords and the content of the answer, press the "Save" button.
Click the “Edit” button on each setting to edit it again if necessary, or the “Delete” button to delete the setting.
After completing all the items, you click the "Save" button at the bottom to complete the feature installation.
2. Customers comment and order via QR code
Step 1: When the customer watch the Livestream and comments the Keyword — is the product code the customer wants to buy, the Page will automatically inbox the customer a QR code for the customer to scan the payment code and enter the delivery address, as shown below.
Step 2: After receiving the QR code, the customer will go to the Mobile Banking app of the Bank that he/she is using to scan this code. Make payment as follows:

Log in to Mobile Banking app on his/her phone -> Select QR Pay
Select the item “Scan” at the bottom right/left corner of the screen
Select the image that is the QR code that has been taken in the screen before, drag the QR code into the square frame of the screen, and then press the Select button
The screen will display payment information (as shown in Picture 1), the customer checks to see if the amount is correct, then presses the Payment button, fills in the delivery address (as shown in Picture 2) -> press the Continue button
Thus, the customer has finished paying for the order!
